I read a review that said "This is a very nice and well presented parcel box. I do note though that there is a minor design flaw, when fixed to a flat wall the opening top cover puts a strain on the unit as the hinge at the rear of it is protruding against the flush wall.
Can it be installed and fixed to a wall rather than through the floor?
This model features rear-door retrieval and front-loading; it is not recommended for wall-mounting.

Can it bolt down to concrete so hole box cant be taken
Yes, the unit can be securely bolted down to a concrete surface to prevent the whole box from being taken.
