Can this tool be used to crimp hydraulic pressure lines (hoses) and, if yes, to what diameter?

It cannot be used on hydraulic pressure, but can only be used on automobile air conditioning pipes.

So this is no good for the 3/8 water pressure hose which is around 3000-4000 psi
