Is the stabilizer bar adjustable (front to back)? I note width wise it is but want to confirm that it can be set forward or back as required. Also can the forks be used without the stabilizer bar?

It is also usable without the stabilizer bar. It can be adjusted front and back, and the width can also be adjusted.
