What is the rated suction height for the wash down pump. Will it be able to pump water from the river if the pump is located 3 metres higher than the water level?
The rated suction height (self-priming capability) for this VEVOR 12V 20 LPM (5.5 GPM) 70 PSI washdown pump is 6 feet (approximately 1.8 metres). The pump cannot work when installed 3 metres above the river water level.
