All in all a solid piece of gear. It did what I needed which is great and saved some plumbing costs for sure. Added bonus is having the machine for future blockages. It's quite heavy and I think the design could be a tad improved with some roller supports of the drum itself but other than that, good product. Thanks

This Auger machine would not work in the forward mode (tensioner tight) and could not pull forward by hand (no tension). The cable came out about two feet and stopped even though cable still rotated. Now I have to send back somehow. Don't buy machine.Should have looked at the reviews more carefully.
