An amazing machine. Works so fast and is so easy to clean. Put 20 pounds of sweet potatoes through it today for dicing and it was finished in minutes. Has nice safety interlock. Comes with cut proof gloves. Not noisy at all. Diced 10 pounds of onions in minutes. Best investment I have made in a long time.
