The price is for one set of 4 stainless steel wheel simulators including mounting hardware and installation tools(used for tightening the screws). It is a 5 hand hole and 10 lug design. These are bolt on design over the lug.You are not required to remove lug nuts. About Installation: The simulator is placed on the wheel and jam nuts are put on to hold the simulator on.
