This is a well made, heavy duty chair. I would note it really is for larger individuals, however. I am 5'7" and my wife is about 5'1". We both sit comfortably; my wife likes it because she can curl her legs up under her and still have room to spare. If one of our kids wants to sit with us, we also have plenty of room.
The cup holder is solid and has some padding for insulation. I didn't think much of the side pocket and arm pocket when purchasing. They wound up being really nice things to have - I could keep a book or a tablet (or some cookies) in the zipper pocket in the arm. We stored the chair bags themselves in the lower side pocket.
One thing I will note, these are quite large and heavy when bagged. I often found myself carrying both chairs while pushing a stroller and definitely noticed the weight. Also, the shoulder straps on the bags aren't large enough to slide over the back of the chair once deployed. It's not a big deal - as mentioned, we kept the bags in the second, lower side pocket - but it's worth noting.
All in all very happy.
