This item was ordered 3 months ago and never delivered. The carrier reported a “shipping exception”. Vevor declined looking into this issue and stated it would automatically send a replacement when the item was back in stock - approximate 4 months after original purchase date. The item was back in stock only 2 months later, but Vevor is refusing to send the replacement item, despite multiple discussions with its customer service teams for the past 10 days. (Vevor states that it has reached out to me by email about this issue in a separate email instead of following up in the existing customer service chat/email chain, but that email was not received and Vevor is not responding in the existing email chain.) Why has a replacement item not been shipped already within the last 10 days?

I needed as my daughter was coming home in a wheelchair after an accident. I odereded early but the item didn't ship until after the scheduled delivery date. I had th reach out asking why the shipping tracker was still saying it was waiting for item to arrive. I had to buy local and tried to return. This is the response I got. Please note that if you want to return the product without quality problems, you will have to pay a high shipping cost. We do not recommend you to return it considering that the address is too far away, the shipping cost is high, and it may cause secondary damage.
