Came with hardware. mounts easy. works well. the hose diameter is small and doesn't work well with a pressure washer but works great to water plants

Purchased for an efficient and easy way to water our entire back yard area (shrubs, flowers and garden veggies). The unit is extremely heavy especially while fully charged with water. The attachment hardware was very inadequate for the task . Really a total joke!!!! We had to purchase commercial grade hardware from our local hardware store out of pocket. Hopefully the unit will last and perform the required task. Only time will tell.

Water power is little less but worth the money. Sturdy. So far its 2 week of use.

I purchased this water hose reel because I also have a Vevor electrical hose reel and a Vevor air hose reel. I was hoping to stay with the same brand and color scheme. The plastic mount for the wall, I was expecting an aluminum or a more robust injected plastic mount. This is a thin plastic molded mount and I'm hoping it holds the weight of the hose reel with water primed within the wound up water hose. * mounting I ended up using a 1x6 to ensure all 4 lag bolts had a good grip keeping the swivel mount secured on my garage wall. The mount provided would definitely not be secure enough for just 2 lag bolts into the wall stud. I used 5 heavy duty screws to securely hold the 1x6 to my wall stud and this gave me a wider base to ensure the plastic Vevor mount woukd hold the weight. I am hoping the winding mechanism holds up to multiple uses and continues to wind up with no tangle issues. The wind up guide does go back and forth helping the hose stay evenly distributed around the inside. Time will tell, so far so good.
