Fast shipment, customer service was very helpful. Handrail is good quality and easy to install. Screws into deck and is surprisingly sturdy.

Wanted a handrail and a pool company was backordered for several months on theirs so I researched it. The FibroPool rail looked to be a good buy. A friend had a hammer drill and we got it done in less than 30 minutes with the provided drill bit, lead anchors, and screws.

After a big fall on the pool deck, with needed major surgery, we decided a pool rail would be a good safety addition. It arrived quickly, with all the hardware needed to install it. The box it came it arrived quite smashed, but fortunately the product wasn't damaged. It was quite easy to install, with a hammer drill & seems pretty sturdy. I don't know that it would hold up to kids hanging on it like a jungle gym, but for the purpose of aiding entry & exit to the pool, it's a good addition.

Very well made. Light material. It's also important to note the website suggested items to buy with this rail are wrong. The anchors are one size too large. It comes with lag bolts and anchors. But I used the suggestion sized anchors. Had to drill out the holes in the hand rail mounting plate to get those bolts to fit. I'm hopeful they hold better than the lag bolts. I didn't need a hammer drill to get threw my step. Used a smaller concrete bit to make a guide hole. Then tapped it out with the right sized bit for my anchors. If you use anchor epoxy seat the anchors quickly. My epoxy dried very fast. Do one at a time when you fill the hole with epoxy.

We received our hand rail quickly and installed immediately. Can I say easy to install! Everything was included in the packaging including the drill bit and we had the hand rail installed within 35 minutes. It looks great and I can’t wait to use it.

This rail was easy to install, just follow the great directions. Took me about 15 minutes by myself. Now it’s safe for everyone to enter the pool.

we moved into a home with a pool but no rails to help me an older woman get in and out by myself. my grandson installed for me with all the equipment that came with it. a drill and special fasteners.

Great pool hand rail that is easy to install and affordable. The base could be a little thicker, which would increase it's stability, but it works well for what it is. The drill bit that came with the kit was junk and dulled after drilling the first hole. Other than that, very happy with purchase.

Nice pool hand rails & installation was not difficult. I did order the bolts that were recommended rather than the shorter bolts that came with the rails. We are very happy with the grade of stainless steel. Also fast delivery of rails. Another great purchase! Thank you

Some of the items weren't necessary. Easy to install because we listened to the tool rental place (las vegas) and rented the right drill and right bit.(took all the bits and screws to rental place to make sure we got the right equipment.) Whizzed right thru the concrete. The rest was easy and uncomplicated. Surprised us all. Thought the drilling would be more difficult. NOT!!!!. I liked the fact it had everything we needed including the wrap for the rail for hot weather. I'm elderly (sounds better then old) and needed the rail for ease of getting out of the pool.
