An expensive lump but ending worth it. Probably 40lbs, sturdy metal frame, large enough bowl if filled for a party of 20 ppl like my 2 yr old birthday party. Its a real heavy duty slushie machine like a specialty shop. Kept an eye on it, added a pitcher of water and 2 cups syrup 1 time just to keep it looking half full through the evening. Cons: the pour spout is very spring loaded, feels like your gonna break it pulling it too hard while serving. Guests get worried to touch it and i end up serving it for them. Also, can't get the temp setting perfect, seems like 1 degree difference is too cold and clogs the spout, the other way is too fluid almost a very cold lumpy drink. Basically had to watch it the whole time and switch the temp every 30mins to keep it perfectly like a slushie. So I was basically the babysitter of it. When it cycles to cooling like a refrigerator, it's also kind of loud like an air fryer noise would make. But all in all, it's what people remember specifically and look forward to at our gatherings now. It's like a trademark, and makes our parties better. For thanksgiving, even made margarita slushies and had a bottle near to add your own tequilla. It will make with the alchohol just fine but this is a way for the kids to still have some too. Almost no one touches the soda anymore, so it's worth the money in the long run and everyone excited to see it mixing and serve it. Very glad I bought it and gave the star ratings according to this review for good and slightly less than good. But you'll enjoy this machine for the minor things trust me on it.

Received the unit well packaged in the wooden crate. Cleaned the machine and set it back up, adjusted the settings to -6.5 slush. Mixed 2 gallons of cold water with .5 gallons of mix and 2 liters of rum, 27 minutes later we had amazing consistency slushies! Really impressed with the quality and ease of use.

I am a mobile bartender, I bought this to add to my packages. It is easy to set up and use. My margaritas turned out amazing. It is a bit heavy but great use. Everything came well packaged and secure. Will recommend

Light weight, works extremely well. Super easy to clean. Bartender friend was surprised at the quality of the ice granules. Time to party!!!

Replacing a blender with spigot this works well grinds ice perfectly

This machine was better than we could have imagined. We used it all weekend making different batches of margaritas. It was definitely a hit at the party.

I already had a double bowl in this style. I bought a single bowl one to take along with use to events. Works very well as does my double bowl one. Would buy either one again. They’re a hit at any event

This is wonderful and works great for our parties! When running one side, it freezes fasts if we run both sides at once, it takes 3-4x the time to freeze. It is smaller than I expected, but it’s a good amount. Came in a crate so it was protected during shipment. We found the concentrate at Smart and Final Extra.

I purchased this machine for my uncle food truck and at first, we were having some challenges setting it up and getting it going. After working with the controls for about 40 minutes. We now have a fully working machine. We love the machine, great value for the price. Highly Recommend it.

purchaced 6 months ago and the slush and mix buttons don't work anymore and the condensation doesn't go into the trays properly and comes out the bottom of the machine onto the floor. every day is a mess to clean.
