Shipping was fast. For the price I paid when it was on offer, it was a excellent buy. The build quality is very good. Build instructions were useless but you don't need one, just look at the pictures and join them up like lego pieces, pretty easy. I haven't finished assembling it in the attached pictures.

It was shipped rapidly and went together easily. Rack exactly as shown.

This is a really nice product, great quality and nice for just a couple switches, routers, and servers. I only had a couple of problems. First, 2 of the pieces came with a bend in them that made it almost impossible to put together, although I managed to unbend it enough to get it into place and screw it in. Secondly, there were missing pieces in the package, particularly the bracket that holds the 2 arms. There should have been 4 and mine only came with 2. I ended up just fabricating my own 2 brackets because it would be quicker than going through customer service, which I did message them, but they didn't help that much. Other than those 2 problems this is still a great product to use for servers, switches, and routers. It's also pretty good on the pricing since most other server racks cost $400+. I would still recommend this for anyone who wants to setup a small lab or a few routers and switches or servers!
