Worked for 2 weeks then crapped out!
Product worked great for the first couple of weeks then it stopped getting hot on certain spots so my designs were coming out bad I ruined 4 cups trying to figure out how to fix the problem!

Just as good as the Cricut one!
Easy to use! Has a bit of a smell when using so I would suggest doing it by an opened door or window or in the garage or craft room, away from others lol… and if anyone was wondering YES! you can put the beer can GLASS CUPS to do sublimation & they won’t break! At least it didn’t break mine glass cups!

Works well, but poor instructions.
Overall, I am very happy with my mug press. It heats evenly. The automatic pressure setting/closing ensures a good even transfer of the ink from the paper. I have not had any issues with ghosting or uneven transfer of ink when using this mug press. I have one little quibble, though. The directions for PROGRAMMING this thing are so confusing! As in I have YET to be able to set it for the 80 seconds it needs for a mug (Why they defaulted to 60 is beyond me...they got the heat set right for most mugs, after all) So I usually end up having to put it in for 20 extra seconds and then manually cancelling the cycle. The finished projects look GREAT, though!
