The ball bearing fell apart after a few lifts I replaced it with a brass washer, so far it is good.

So the Jack was great the setup was a little bit difficult because the instructions are kind of sketchy but with a little bit of common sense it wasn't our difficult to put together however when I was putting it together I realized that I was missing a piece and that's when I dealt with the company itself about this part. Could not be happier with how the customer service has been from this company I got a reply within 3 hours of my initial complaint I'm missing the pedal that is needed to Jack the lift up and without argument they're sending me one now so as soon as I get that pedal this product would be absolutely perfect

As a women who is learning to fix her own motorcycle this jack is perfect and worth the money for sure. 360 movement, lock in place, you can move it from side to side with the bike on it or forward and backwards, the lift is perfect. I even used this for a piece of furniture and it made life way easier for me. This saves me the hassle of having to move thru both sides of the motorcycle and saved my time and my back from all the extra holding it. This was a way cool idea. The engineer who made it I thank him for it. This was for a girl the best gift to myself to get the job done my way without struggling for anything.

I got 2 of these since I have 2 bikes. I have had my Vulcan 900 on it all winter and I had my Roadking up to service when I changed the oil and cleaned the wheels.

My use is not what this product was designed for, however, I am a very heavy person with bad knees and have a terrible time getting up off of the floor. Yet, I love working on my vehicles but cannot get up if I do....so this helps! I simply slide my rear up onto this lift, reach down and using a cordless drill and socket I raise myself up. At the 13-14\" level I can get up.... I also have a motorcycle which I may try to lift later with this lift but I also have another much larger lift for the bike.

My bike is 670 pounds. So this is a good lift. Great for cleaning tires and rims or whatever you may have in mind where you need a lift. This little baby gets the job done. Very happy and satisfied with this buy.

This jack is just what I needed for my Road Glide. This is a sturdy, well built, heavy duty quality jack. I was concerned the jack would bend, or break once I lifted my 800+ lb bike but it worked perfectly, just as advertised. I would definitely recommend this jack.
