Thought it would be a little bit more heavy duty wheels seem all little flimsy for a 1500 pound jack as it does hold up my Harley

This product is well made with quality parts. We did have an issue with one piece missing but customer service is shipping it out. Very quick response time.

No complaints. Does exactly what i need.

Great.. had a few things missing. But it's noo problem. I can figure out what to do with making replacement parts for it. Remember that I am a machinist, mechanic, welder, electrician. Nothing like having to come up with a good idea to make it work.

The ball bearing fell apart after a few lifts I replaced it with a brass washer, so far it is good.

So the Jack was great the setup was a little bit difficult because the instructions are kind of sketchy but with a little bit of common sense it wasn't our difficult to put together however when I was putting it together I realized that I was missing a piece and that's when I dealt with the company itself about this part. Could not be happier with how the customer service has been from this company I got a reply within 3 hours of my initial complaint I'm missing the pedal that is needed to Jack the lift up and without argument they're sending me one now so as soon as I get that pedal this product would be absolutely perfect

Best purchase I have made for my bike and maintenance . Looking for a nicer set of tool and sockets for next purchase

I have a full dress Harley and this thing holds it up very will. Love it, I will tell all my friends .
