I purchased a chain hoist and a trolley and they work beautifully. I also picked up a couple of straps and use them to pick up the front end of my commercial 72 inch lawnmower in my garage. It allows you to get to use the blades to change them easily, this is a good deal and also at a decent price.

I purchased a heavy-duty punching bag from a local sports shop only to find out I did not have a suitable place to hang it without it being in the way. I found this item, and it works like a charm! I can easily pull the bag out when I want to use it, then push it back against the wall, so it does not hang in the middle of the basement.
