The Pod is great, but the inflatable pillow that comes with it won't stay inflated more than a few hours. Unfortunately, it is needed to sit in it properly. Looking into getting a replacement pillow. AS A FOLLOW UP. The company promptly sent me a replacement cushion. The Customer Service rep was very professional. I changed my rating from 3 to 5 after this experience.

My 7 yr old got this for Christmas she weighs 40 pounds and it tore today …. The company contacted me and replaced the defective one for a new one! All in one day. Definitely recommend buying for your child because mine loves it and with great customer service like this you can count on them providing the best! My daughter loves hers
