Great Looking
Everything seems fine but the paint. If you lay it on anything while you are drilling the holes, make sure it's laying on a soft surface because it scratches very easily.I paid over $300 for this one. Now I see them for under $200. Not happy about that.

Very sturdy and attractive
I like the hand rail. We used it on our two level screened porch. It fit perfectly and was easy to install

Mostly Good
Handrail is nice, but do yourself a favor and buy better concrete anchors, paint the anchors, to prevent rust staining, neverseize the anchor bolt threads.

Agree with others, not perfect, but a solid product.
Installed 3 of these rails. Pretty easy to install. Did not use the concrete anchors that came with it. Bought better anchors. Nice looking, but I guarantee you will have to touch up the paint in places when received. Out of the box, a few noticeable scratches on each rail. No big deal though. Solid, fits well together and self explanatory assembly. 1 page of assembly instructions included, but thats all I needed. One annoying thing, ALL the nuts, bolts and washers that WERE in a plastic bag ended up ALL over inside the box. 3 out of the 3 boxes I received were the same, parts scattered all over inside and a torn bag. I came up a couple bolts short and a couple washers short. They must have made their way out of the box. PLEASE use some sort of cloth bag or box for the parts, not a thin plastic bag. Overall, I am happy with the product, and plan on getting one more

Company focused on a positive experience
UPDATE: After writing my initial review - the company reached out and offered a replacement or full refund. I must say that I am very impressed with their responsiveness and eagerness to make the situation right. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again - given how they stand behind their products.Original review: During install the main post sheared at the base plate connection. I have tried to fix it with jb-weld though I definitely question the durability. It does not feel like it will last more than a couple years.

Solid stair rail
It was overall very easy to assemble. I wouldn't recommend anymore than 3 risers. Mocking it up as a 4 step handrail causes the "horizontal" portion of the handrail to actually sit at an angle. It was fortunate for me that I only need the handrail to traverse 3 risers. Came with all tools for assembly. You just need the appropriate masonry drill bit and hammer drill for complete the job. Plus a hammer and socket if you intend to use the supplied wedge anchors. I used some 3/8 Tapcon anchor bolts that were a breeze to drive in with an impact driver. Very solid once everything was anchored down and tightened. No experience with long-term durability, but only time will tell with that.

Instructions were inadequate
I was able to assemble the rail without much trouble, even though the plastic bag with small parts had opened during shipment. I did not have any missing hardware items. A very crucial bit of information was not provided, the concrete anchor drill size. In reading the reviews some had suggested a 3/8" drill, which would be too small, and others suggest a 1/2" drill, which would be too big. I followed theadvice of a reviewer and bought a set of 3/8" concrete anchors and the required 3/8" drill. I did need to ream out the base plate holes to 1/2" to accommodate the larger studs. I had noticed the fine print in the instruction sheet regarding NOT tightening completely all other fasteners until after the base plates were tight. This is a very important point The final result is a sturdy and nice looking stair rail.
