Ordering and shipping were fine. Quality of the install materials not so great. The drill bit included to mount on concrete would not fit my SDS drill (square shank instead of round), and it was the wrong size. I got a same sized bit for my drill, but the hole was too small for the included anchors to fit. I had to get “another” larger bit in order to insert the anchors. After that, installation went okay. One other negative…only been up for a week, and the assembly nuts/bolts are already showing rust. Once it was finally installed, it looks nice and seems to be very sturdy.

Purchased 4 sections on 3 orders. After reading other reviews, I used Topcon's to install as the supplied anchors were not rated highly. A couple of the suppled connecting bolts started to rust immediately. On the last order the two bolt cover caps had bad dents in them but I installed them anyway.The product looks good and functions very well. I will be curious to see how the appearance holds up over time

purchased these for my GF. she has degenerative discs in her back and had fallen and made it worse! the handrails went on her front steps and are perfect height and are strong! a life saver for her to get in and out of her house without falling down again!

This arrived better than expected, high-quality and super easy to install. This looks very modern and clean, compliments the surrounding space well. Great value for the new safety measures we took for stairs.

Sturdy and is adaptable to non-standard step-ups. I installed six of these on concrete walkways and where they connect to my front and back porches. I used a 1/2 inch masonry bit on a hammer drill for the holes. These came with the necessary anchors and basic tools for assembly (small adjustable wrench and two hex wrenches). If you are doing more that one or two of these, I would recommend using an 3/8" drive impact wrench with a wobble extension (mounting hole is too close to post for standard impact wrench to fit directly on anchor screw.)
