I put this on an old well that we have in our "well room" (the house has been on city water for the last 40+ years). The water depth was about 20 feet deep and I made my suction pipe about 38ft long. I used a foot valve on the end of the pipe and removed the check valve and weight in the pump. It keeps it's prime and works great! I get about 12-16oz per pump. It pumps a little hard but I would say most of that is attributed to my water depth. The internal check valve took a good bit of suction to overcome. I'm not sure I would be able to overcome it and reach my depth.I was nervous because at a 20ft depth, and the nozzle about 3ft above the ground, it has to lift 23ft. The pump did it well though! As expected there is a little rust in the first couple pumps.

Looks great and sturdy but just got it so it is hard to rate it.

The stand was everything we expected and more. The shallow well pump situated on a shallow well in front of our off-grid cabin on the 195 acres we just purchased looks great and works well (pun intended)

I received what I was expecting. Works fine. Don't have any idea of the longevity of it, but I hope it last a long time.

Works great. Lots of flow at about 8' of lift from well level.

Order pump for 2” punch well about 50’ deep. Water level around 25’. Installed pump and works as described. After several uses top hat broke. I contacted seller and sent pictures. They immediately responded and replace pump. Very satisfied with pump and customer services. Highly recommend!

First of all the inlet pipe is 1.25" not 1.5" like it says in the Q&A section, not a deal breaker but back to menards I go. One pump came perfect installed no problem pumps fine. Second pump was open, missing hardware/rubber seal and the cast iron on top where the handle connects was broken. Awaiting response from Vevor, assuming it was a delivery issue because the box was on my porch but the instruction booklet was laying in my driveway. Maybe it was dropped IDK but hopefully I don't have to eat the problem.

Works good enough on a well depth 60 ft. We had to run a new line down to the well since it had not been used in over 20 years. It takes 3 pumps then the water runs crystal clear. While it does take some effort to pump it will draw plenty of water to maintain our needs. Yet, still easy enough for a child to pump age 6 years or older. Example, an average fill time we used a TIDY cat litter bucket at 35 lbs takes 32 hand pumps off our well to get 4.0 gallons of water. The pump itself was an easy install, but running the new line was a bit more involved. We would recommend this purchase to our friends. Hopes this helps, J & S
