This forklift cage is exactly what I expected. I looked at many different options including building one myself. I opted for buying this instead. I am using as a way to lift me up in the air to trim trees up from the ground. I would not solely trust the chain that comes with it to strap to my forklift, so i also use ratchet straps and as long as my wife drives normal, I feel totally safe. I would recommend this to anyone looking for non-commercial, lightweight lifting needs. It's not the heaviest guage metal, but it serves the purpose well.

A cheap, slightly safer alternative to standing on a pallet. Assembled easily and th ewheels make it easy to store and move around. However, not suitable for a workplace as it is NOT AS compliant.

I assembled the unit but have yet to put it to use. It is obviously well constructed and will be make my safety insured while working at hights previously attained by laddeer or front loader on my tractor. At 84 years old i didn't really feedl safe climbing ladders and couldn'nt climb to the bucket once raised above my head. Good product, price and fast delivery.
