I love this thing! My use is to dry rolls of 3D printing filament before use. The temp goes up to 90c which is required for some material. Came with plenty of shelf and other items for handling hot trays. No idea what it is like for drying food.

Awesome Machine
The only complaint I have is that I didn't order this dehydrator sooner. I've done fruits of all kinds, Jerky that turned out super awesome, and getting ready to do some veggies. Can't wait for this summer to do so many more things. Great price, Great shipping, arrived with no issues.

I use this every day, fruit leather for outdoor enthusiasts! I have dried apple rings, banana chips and so many herbs and vegetables. Will make my preserving that much easier during gardening season
