This was the sou chef appliance I’ve been missing from my kitchen for years! It was much larger than pictured so I bought an clear appliance cover to cover it. I’ve used it multiple times since it arrived last month. It came with extra blades to change the cut but I’ll run it through the slicer twice if I want a smaller slice rather then change the blade.

It’s perfect for slicing vegetables but only concern is it moves a lot while cutting since those suction cup foots are not that good
