This was a gift and the recipient was extremely pleased with it. It's very lightweight and has the power to pick up the most ground in dirt. Very comfortable and don't hurt to have it on for a long time. Has all the attachments you need. The only problem with it that could make it better would be a strap across the chest area to keep the shoulder straps in place. Very well made and reliable so far. Highly recommend it.

GREAT. I LOVE THIS VACUUM. We use for commercial cleaning. Well the carpet tool could be a bit better, it doesnt pick up as well as other commercial vacs for carpet. This thing is such a time saver for large commercial floors. Love love love. Great quality

This is a game changer. Love the ability to get everywhere without damaging corners or furniture. Suction is AMAZING. Carpet head is worthless but the hard surface works really well on carpet. It’s not quiet, but certainly tolerable.

I starting doing remediation a year ago and purchased this hepa vacuum and have been very pleased. Yes, the attachments are not the best but you cannot beat the quality for the price with multiple filters.

I purchased these for my custodial team and they have had no complaint. I've used it myself and have had no issues with it. This vacuum cuts the time in half and performs beyond expectations. It also costs less than other back pack vacuums and exceeds the more expensive makes out there.
