No complaints, works great.
Excellent quality. Feels like a pro model just a bit smaller. It does take 10-15 minutes to heat up but once it does it works great. I recommend it 100%.

Easy to use
The instructions are an obvious and hilarious Chinese translation into English, but the machine is easy and fun to operate.Electrical connections are made with hot glue and that makes me nervous, but so far so good.

Heavy duty, amusement park quality
I'm so glad I spent the extra money for a good quality machine. This only takes seconds to give big fluffy cotton candy to the many kids we have coming to our summer barbecues. We don't order any special cotton candy powder, just mix kool-aid powder with plain white sugar. It comes out great!

Easy to use and easy to clean!
Bought this for my wife and kids for Christmas. Didn't realize I would love it so much. We've made about 100 bags so far without any issues. Best part is the clean up after. Literally dump water in it and it self cleans almost everything.
