Definitely not cheaply made. Excellent quality, just never got a chance to actually hear how it sounds. I gave it to my son for his birthday. He was extremely excited to install it, but did not have the chance just yet - due to the hectic holiday schedule. He placed it inside his truck so it would be available for whenever he was ready to install it. A couple of days later, some drunk idiot caused my son to wreck/total his truck. He was fine, but his truck was not. The police, being very helpful, gave my son a ride home so he was unable to really grab anything out of the truck. A tow truck took the truck to a collision center. The next day, my son had his friend take him to get his belongings out of his truck. He found his wallet & other possessions, but the train horn and air compressor was not! Someone stole it! He was so upset it & talked to the collision center about it. Turns out, that place just allows anyone to walk into their yard and grab anything out of peoples vehicles (if they say they are there to retrieve items from their own vehicle). I highly suspect the tow truck driver. I'm about to write a review on that collision center so I can warn others about the place. My son is not happy about this. He just got home after serving 2 years in the army, and then all this happens. Most importantly, he is ok, and really that is all that matters. All-in-all, this train horn is so nice, people will steal it if you don't have it installed right away or locked up until you are ready to install it. I wish I could afford to buy my son a new one, but we are scraping by right now due to the holidays. Maybe next year & I will definitely re-purchase from this store. Shipment came quick and on-time! I would rate 10* if I could!
