The one negative part is the line, it did fail on a hot day under pressure, now I need to find a way to replace a section but I'm not really sure what size it is...but it is a good unit

Just what I wanted very nice come packed very well and come in very quickly. Install on my truck and worked great

Leaked everywhere it could. One connection was slightly cross threaded. Comes with Teflon tape. Use it on every place with threads. Still get small leaks. Loud compressor when mounted as vibrations echo off truck. Insulate any thing that touches anything. Horn is loud. Very close to the expensive horns. For price it’s good. If everything is sealed it might run once or twice a day so not bad. After sealing all it still leaks enough to turn on every morning for 1-2 min. 3-4 short horn blows use enough air for it to kick on at 90 psi. Off at 120psi. I made sure it only gets power with truck running. Trying to order part that is cross threaded from CO. Hope that stops a small air leak.

They are loud and good quality I would recommend it comes with everything but a switch and realy and realy harness

I bought this as a black Friday deal and had been thinking of buying one for a few months. It is worth what I spent to have a loud horn to get someone who's driving horrible attention. Not to mention the fun factor of honking it and startling people as well, but I try to not over due it when it comes to startling people lol. I would definitely buy again, but I think next time I'll get the largest capacity tank and compressor or use a more heavy duty compressor to be able to air up tires as well

I ordered this tank and pump as replacement for what I thought was the same exact looking item that came with an airhorn kit. To my surprise, even though it looks identical, this tank and compressor does have some upgrades over what came with my airhorn kit. The one major thing I did notice was the line going from the compressor to the tank actually has a one-way check valve so that when the compressor is pumping the air to the tank the air does not go back and pressurize the pump, making it work harder. My old tank did not have that, and it always seemed to struggle harder the more psi that got into the tank where this one I do not really notice it struggle at all. The other thing that I have noticed with this compressor kit may be due to that what valve it seems to run much quieter than my old. The only issue that I seem to have with it is it does have a small leak somewhere that I do need to find because by morning I have to fill the tank again. Where my old system would probably go for a few days before I would have to turn it on, but it still would not be completely dead. So, even though it has a slight air leak somewhere due to the other upgrades, I am still going to give it four stars.

I love this horn! It's loud and the tone is perfect IMHO. I wish the compressor had a remote air intake, as it's mounted on the outside frame rail of my truck and subject to moisture if raining, but I just leave it off when raining. Also wish it had a different tank drain instead of just a bolt plugging a hole. We'll see how long this holds up.
