Have not had the chance to use the stuffer yet but I am impressed with how well it seems to be built. Hunting season is here so it will not be long before I give it a workout.

I like how it operates for a single person. I really don't know why it pushes the meat out like it does. It runs at a steady pace and then surges back and forth. I did not get a owners manual and would like one.

I bought this machine as it was the smallest one I could find that was electric. I have a frozen right shoulder so using a manual stuffer was no longer an option. The unit was well packaged and no damage was present. I used it for the first time this weekend and it worked really really well, except for one small problem. When it stopped pushing out my mince mixture, I thought that was it, yet when I lifted the plunger there was still at least ½kilo of mince mixture in the bottom of the tub. I read in another review, by Jerry Schneider, that he adjusted the limit switches to overcome this issue. Would be good if someone could post how to actually adjust the switches so the machine pushes all the meat mixture from the tub

Works grate used it to stuff summer sausage and bologna

It's a great buy works well. Made a few modifications though. Where the stuffers tubes go on the tube wouldn't tighten up so I made a washer. A quick fix. The other thing is that there was almost a pound and a half of meat left in the bottom of the stuffer at the end so there are limit switches to tell the stuffer when to stop going up and down. These can be adjusted if you know what you are doing. So I adjusted mine to go down all the way so now it pushes all the meat out. Other than that it's a great stuffer for the money. And shipping was really fast. Overall I am greatly satisfied.Also I added a stuffer tube holder to keep everything together in one spot

Price was fair for a smaller commercial piece of equipment. Works as advertised, great for those big jobs. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was it was delivered damaged. It took multiple communications to finally get it replaced. No issues so far with the replacement.
