Easy to clean

Chops veggies pretty easily. However trying to make french fries with a whole potato requires a LOT of strength. I microwaved the russet potato, cut it in half and then I was able to make some short fries. I'll have to figure out a way to use it for fried, or if not just stick to zucchini etc. Very happy with this sturdy product. Professional grade

I bought the VEVOR Commercial Vegetable Cutter Dicer French Fry Chopper when I'd found out how well an air fryer cooks chips [French Fries]. I really needed something that would make a big pile of chips in a short time - and just cutting potato chips with a kitchen knife 'didn't cut the mustard'. After several hours of research into similar machines, I decided that the VEVOR machine had all the features I needed. It is lighter than its opposition, cuts loads of beautiful chips from potatoes in a very short time and is easy to take apart and clean. I look forward to using it on other vegetables.

I am a personal chef or an amateur chef. I needed something for vegetables and french fries. This is somewhat of an overkill but I must tell you the build quality is professional. It's easy to clean and there's no much that can go wrong with this particular mechanical procedure. If you do use it on russet potatoes, you've basically have to hammer it down now. I use this three times the four times a week
