Except for a missing bolt this was a perfect purchase. I bought it for an elderly neighbor to help her out her back door. It was an easy installation, considering it was my first time drilling into masonry. I did buy new expansion bolts since one was missing, but once it was installed it felt extremely sturdy. I'm very happy with this purchase.

We have a single step concrete porch, and have several family members and friends that are starting to have walking or balance issues. We purchased your single post hand rail/support to fill that need. We found it to substantially better than what most box stores offer, shipped quickly, and installation was a breeze. For several dollars more, I would recommend that you include a concrete masonry drill bit. I am very pleased, and a lot of neighbors and friends have also given positive comments. Good job !! Usually items of this nature are not particularly attractive but this one is. Also, extreemely practical, solid, sturdy and a great safety feature for two seniors navigating a step down into a sunken living room. We ordered the white and it perfectly matches the white wrought iron dining set next to it.
