The package arrived in good condition. Obviously,this machine need to be assembled.We searched videos on Youtube about how to assemble and use this machine. It is easy to use and works so well. For now, everything is fine. I am very satisfied with this dryer!

Arrived with a tear in the screen, seller handled the issue quickly. Product comes fully together so you do not have to do any assembly at all.

Very Good starter equipment. Easy to assemble.

Seller resolved the issue very quickly, and without issue. The Press itself is sturdy, and ALL the holes were FINE - if you are having trouble putting it together please watch the video on Youtube that shows step by step to set it up. Only thing I would improve at this point is the rollers keeping the arm from moving since it can only be tightened up so much to reduce "wiggle"
