As I informed your before in the description of your device is absent information how to receive the dry steam (i.e. without the water drops) on the exit. I went for this Steam Generator because of the other good reviews, and my thinking it was the best deal for the $140.00 I paid for the 6 kW version, after comparing it to other deals. I asked before purchasing about it being a 240ac split phase USA version, which differs from the European 220v single phase. I was happy to confirm by taking some panels off for inspection; to find all the inner wires were tight, it has a plastic cover (removed for the picture) that clearly shows where L1 & L2 electrical lines connect, with obvious grounding wire connection. I see good indicators this steam is properly wired for USA standards 240vac split phase (and I have wired up 3 houses). ... I still have to build my steam room; and intend to hook this for a steam test soon, before my steam room is finished. ... Hench my Thumbs up is holding back one star for until I do my steam testing; and update my review then. IMO: This is good deal after confirming kW version is a match to the cubic meters or cu ft you want to heat. My Two Cents :+)

This pic is of the correct wiring for USA 220. The diagrams are not easy to comprehend. Do not use a neutral wire. The machine is awesome now that it's wired right. Produces steam in about 4 minutes.

This steamer is perfect. It works beautifully and the price is what it should be. Easy to install and works like crazy. I thought it would possible be a bust due to the price but I gave it a roll and I am not disappointed.

I design and build, and wanted a nice steam shower to come home to. I grabbed this unit and love it.I was skeptical because the price was so much lower than other manufacturers, and the previous reviews seemed like they were not written by Americans. The comparable products were just so much more and it seemed that people had problems with them. Basically this thing boils water, what can go wrong?I built an enclosed concrete shower. I installed the steam unit and have been enjoying it for a few months now. It heats up fast, pumps out steam, and almost eliminates the need for a hot shower. We now take cold showers in a hot steam room.I like the controller, it is a bit ugly so I put it in the cabinet, but it works well. The sensor is nice, I siliconed it in place.The drain is manual and is no problem for me as the unit is in an easy to access area. I did not put a drain pipe on. I wait until it is cool and drain it into a bucket, which I was told to do every week.I did contact the seller and they were able to answer a few questions.

Converted my little shower into steam room perfectly. Easy to install, was worried at first because so cheap compared to others but paying off big! Even if it doesn't work in 2 years I will buy another and replace it!

Overall this is a good unit; however, the instructions are not very goodly wrote (see what I did there....). I have attached an image of the proper way to wire the unit, along with the correct gauge wiring and proper circuit breaker configuration. The initial product the seller gave me was a bit defected. After communicating with the seller, they were happy to send me a new item. I installed it, and it works very well now!
