Works great.
I have only used it for a cpl weeks but have pulled probably close to one hundred pallets with one ton super sacks on them. It has held every time. It is quick and easy to throw it on, it doesn’t slip, and removes fast without having to wrestle with it. Nice purchase glad i bought it.

Honestly, I was waiting for a cheap metal pallet puller but it felt good, decent weight and does its job right, never disappointed and it came in 2 days, which I was surprised.

It's easy to use and works as expected. We haven't tried it on anything over 1800 lbs yet, but so far so good. Just watch your fingers - it's easy to pinch them.

2T is huge
This 2t claw is big it can handle any pallet plus it opens very wide so you can grab other objects besides pallets.If you are a truck driver and just need it to use occasionally 1ton will be enough. 2t is huge and heavy.
