This thing is worth every cent. It genuinely catches 90% of dust and makes an incredibly challenging job of sanding ceiling straight forward. The head is slightly imbalanced by the weight of motor, but a few rubber bands did the trick. It has a trigger switch which makes no sense, so good thing it has a lock to hold trigger in. I expect future units will have a standard on/off switch like the light it has. The light is absolutely amazing. Definitely get the version with the leds all around the end!
Last improvement is that it isn't heavy to hold, but gets heavy with time taking away your focus from job. A shoulder strap or rope over a shoulder and the end of pole wedged into this and your hip gives you all the time in the world to sand the ceiling without tiring.
