I bought this because I work with boiled wool and upholstery fabric and my scissors and manual rotary cutter get destroyed VERY often and my hands get cramped after going through all the fabric. After doing some research I decided to get one of these and I couldn't be happier.It is true that is on the heavy side, and there is a bit of a kick back when you turn it on - but other than that I think it is a great tool to own if you need to cut a lot of fabric.The only downside I could find is that there is no security lock - maybe there is, but the manual has been google translated from Chinese so it makes little to no sense- so you need to be careful when you pick it up and when you put it aside. But I guess you need to do that with any power tool.Great purchase overall.

This is a game changer! I am able to cut stacks of fabric all at once to save me so much time. I have an online fabric shop & I can now cut multiple orders all at once. Not only is it a huge time saver, I don't have any aches or fatigue in my hands from cutting the fabric with a rotatory cutter or scissors. I was a little intimidated the first time using it, but it's super easy to use. It has a nice light as well.

This is the first time I bought and used an electric cutter, and I am blown away at the ease this cutter was able to cut thin to thick stacks of fabric. Although, when I cut the thin sets, I had to make sure to clamp down a corner to get a straight cut. I am definitely a fan of this method and love that this one came with an led light so as not to mess up on my straight cuts. This was a lot bigger than I expected but I am okay with it as long as I am able to cut thin stacks with ease. I would recommend.

I am so glad that I found it.I have small hands and this machine fits perfectly and feels very comfortable and in control. Perfect weight, not to light not to heavy. Easy move. Just if cutting more than few layers have to pay extra attention to the fabric or button layers will move... it's just the matter of getting used to it.
