Worked great until the bit that attaches to the rod and the drill broke now Ivendor will not provide a replacement I will pay for it but they just wont supply one

If your chimney opens into a wider space (such as a throat) it is difficult to control.

Open Fireplace chimney, it was difficult to control in the wide part of the chimney throat, otherwise, fine.
