If I just received the tumbler, it would have got 5 stars across the board! Works great, very sturdy, great price, but.....it also came with a bag of steel shot, to use with it, presumably for polishing my jewelry pieces. I put a lot of time and effort and care into each piece I create. So, I was excited to finally have a tumbler. So after many hours of creating, polishing and cleaning by hand, I put in the tumbler, the steel shot, with another package of shot that I purchased on amazon, my jewelry, 3 bracelets, filtered water, and, a tblsp of Dawn. Sealed it up, and, set it to 1 hour to start. Came back when I heard the timer ding, and, much to my horror, ALL MY JEWELRY WAS BLACK! I thought Id done something wrong. I spent hours and hours, trying to clean those pieces, I mean, so far, almost 5 hours of cleaning. I ran the shot alone with just a baking soda paste, and, what I found next, was rust, and, blackened balls of steel shot, clearly not stainless steel. I had to separate 1 by 1 all the shot, it took quite a while, then, run the good shot through several cleaning cycles to get it back to pristine condition. The shot it came with was total garbage, cost me so many hours of grief, work, stress, and, frustration. What a damn mess! Please, if you cant include real shot, than dont include at all! I'm almost afraid to use it now after this nightmare! It cost me time, and, money, since, I was unable to sell my pieces in that state. I do very intricate wire jewelry. So, I believe the tumbler is fine, don't use that shot, what a mess!

I can use the vevor rock polishing tumbler as a ball mill. Then when the steel balls get rusty I polish them in the tumbler with sand to clean them suck a great design with the strong, thick, plastic container too.

The tumbler has the forward and reverse feature that does an excellent job on my brass shells . The agitation does away with the powder in and outside the brass. Add a little dawn soap and Lemi shine boost and they look like new. If they made a larger one I would have bought it as well ..recommend the unit compared to the prices of the more expensive brands , you can’t beat it. This review is based on the one time use , cause I haven’t gotten a chance to use it multiple times as of yet. So can’t say anything on the long term use , but it appears to be a good machine.. I would suggest having an extra belt on hand in case it breaks in the middle of a load..peace”

Works well on brass. The changing direction works faster than just one way

This works great for tumbling my brass for reloading.

Very happy with the tumbler itself! But the shot that came with it is horrible! Used 1 time and dried out. Came back the next day and was covered and clumped together with rust! Ran it with Sunsheen shot cleaner and removed rust but shot is still dull and looks oxidized. Getting rid of the shot but keeping the tumbler.

No directions, but with only 2 dials it doesn't take long to figure it out! As loud as one would expect and for a "small" is very spacious!

I have a tumbler that I paid $150 to shine my rifle cartridges. This tumbles has only one speed and no timer. I paid $75 dollars for your tumbler whicht has five speeds and a one hour timer. The see through material that the tumbler is made out of lets you see your material as it is being cleaned. I can clean up to 125 - 30-06 cartridges at one time. I would advise anyone to buy this tumbler.

I use this for tumbling my silver jewelry after fabricating. It's much easier than working by hand.
