This stuffer is very well built and works great,I don't think it holds 30lb of meat I put 26 in it and almost to the top,FYI on purchasing this stuffer or anyone similar,10lb,15lb,25lb,etc.good luck finding replacement parts if you need them,It is a good unit and works good but that it's only down fall,I just hope it doesn't break down on me

Works great. Well built. Have used it for both pork sausage and beef Hamburg stuffing. The foot puddle is a big time saver
