i really like this lathe and it’s a great starter lathe that has a lot of accuracy!

It's very sturdy and came in a very secure box.ni haven't been able to use it yet but I'm excited to do so.

Been debating for a long time about getting a mini lathe and shopped a lot before settling on this one. Other than having to buy the accessories to actually use it, it came as advertised and so far I’m having no problems with it. I’m not a professional so it suits my needs and then some. Price was competitive, shipping was good. I’m happy...nuf said. (Highest I ever rate is four stars)

it is a lathe, not the best but when I turn the knobs it spins, there is a lot of dead space in most of them bit if you turn them enough they will move.for the money it is good, it is a cheep lathe and I expected it to turn on and it did all else was extra.

Had one years ago and am anxious to use one again for my diy projects.

A little on the small side for what I was needing and hoping for but it gets the job done. There's a little slop in the tool holder.

Pretty happy with it, I recommend stripping it down, clean it up, and assemble it to your own satisfaction. Go through all the hardware, tighten everything up, make it yours.

I have read a few negative reviews regarding Vevor as a whole. I feel it's necessary to come to their defense, at least in this matter. I ordered this little jewel on a Monday at it was sitting on my front porch four days later, well packaged and protected. The lathe is an accurate tool capable of a wide range of tasks for an entry level machine work. What I like is that it is upgradable to a high quality gear set that further expands it's capabilities and functions. I already have a live center tailstock to replace the dead center that the lathe comes with and a wide range of accessories that can be used with this lathe. One of the first mods that I preform is the addition of a tachometer so I can dial in accurate spindle speeds. I can't wait to while the cold WI winters building a center support. One of my first projects will be rebuilding a couple of Atlas/Craftsman Model 109 Lathes that were manufactured in the 40's. Vevor's communication was exemplary, when I saw what the estimated delivery time frame was I became skeptical, but those reservations were squashed today. Thanks Vevor for the awesome buying experience.

I was actually amazed with this little lathe. It was received exactly as scheduled (only three days after order), clean, no damage, no adjustment needed except a slight amount on the tail stock. I am very satisfied with this lathe and the company.

Kept blowing fuses under no load. Found the fuse holder not making contact and neutral lead lose. After trying to contact seller and getting the run around. I replaced fuse holder with an ATO fuse holder. I double checked amp draw and 7.5 amp fuses work great.I can drill up to 5/8 inch diameter with ease. I adjusted and aligned everything. It is a fairly accurate machine if you take your time to set it up.
