We added our 5 gallon water jug under the sink and use this to get water to a sinking faucet. Has great pressure but it is kind of loud for what it is.
Easy to install and maintain. The noise level of the pump is like that of an aquarium. The pump only kicks on when my ice maker needs water. The directions could be more detailed especially in the troubleshooting area. Make sure there is water in the line before you hook it up to your fridge. Other than that I'm happy with it.
I use this pump for a dry cabin. Put under the sink and connected to a faucet. It works great. It is loud and at times gets air pockets spitting out while in operation even when the suction portion of pump is completely submerged
Pump is being to supply water to ice maker and drinking water to fridg without an accessible water supply. Mounted controller, connected water lines, and plugged into power. Threw the switch and (soon) ice and cold water. Definite improvement over filling trays by hand.
Works better then expected. You will have reduced water flow, and it is a bit noisy when in use.
I'm very happy with the price and performance of this system. My father bought a new tiny home. The water supply is shut off from Nov to Apr. I purchased this system, attached it to his water supply line. I am amazed at how well it has worked out for him.
