Hours of endless entertainment.Pros:Its Heavy duty, works.Cons:stunk for a while when it was new, I just ran it outside for a few hours on high, that went away.the spinner motor rubbed a bit out of the box, I needed to adjust it a little so it would run quietly.the original spinner is a little weak, I purchased some new ones and they work better.Seems like the cons outweigh the pros but they don't, this thing is awesome and I love it. If it ever breaks I will replace it right away.

GREAT STARTER or once a month. Do not buy if you want to use it daily for hours. Like any new gadget I was taught as a boy to never EVER crank a brand new, moving parts, toy/hobbies up all the way when you first get it. Like any engine this one takes some breaking in. I started with just winterizing and kept both dials around a quarter turned, letting it go for an hour. This evening I will finish the process and let you know if any problems arise. Smelled for first 15min on qtr. IF YOU GET A BAD SMELL, TURN OFF IMMEDIATELY! LET SIT FOR 10MIN, THEN CONTINUE. Ah! Great FEDEX shipping, 3 days from Jersey. So far, despite what I see on here, if you know mechanics alittle and have common sense(I.e. if you smell a horrible odor and you are using something with a motor for the first time, turn it off!) You'll be just fine. Also recommend treating it like a new born(never touch or push plate as well) and Imake sure to keep it in a temp and humidity control room for long term storage making sure nothing is on top or around it. Overall I'm impressed for 50$, Stoner stamp of approval. Will update monthly

For the price this is a good unit. The controls are clear and bright. Everything was reasonably well packed - and it works! The temp controllers are PID type, which was nice to see. However; BEWARE, this doesn't have any Australian electrical safety compliance markings. I pulled the cover off to tighten the temp probe stand base as they were slightly loose, once inside I saw that there are many exposed terminals inside, its OK, but I don't think its compliant. I'd suggest using this through an RCD in case there are any spills from missing liquids. The heater elements have exposed terminals under the mixing platform.
