Used 2 of these to raise tonneau cover on classic El Camino

Built a self loading bicycle hitch rack and it works perfect for the job. I bought the 12" but 8" would have worked better

Used 2 of these to replace longer units on a DIY solar tracker and so far do the job nicely. The micro switches controlling the limits are theoretically changeable and the units work directly off my controller without the need for relays. I would (will) buy these again. BTW postage from Vevor is extraordinarily fast considering its free!

The motor and related parts did everything that had been asked of it. It was relatively easy to fit despite having to make some modifications to the fixing brackets for the slider. I used the previous fixing brackets because there weren't any provided with the kit and this would be the only criticism I have. This is why I only gave 4 stars for the last criterion.

Knowing this would fit and did was great! A little bit tricky installing it, but, that was the same with taking out the old part. A bit pricey, but, hey the first one I ordered should have fit and it didn’t.Couch is now working again correctly!

I have used the actuators with the motors inline to the shaft for many projects and they have worked great. I was having trouble getting another one in a timely fashion so I ordered this 16" actuator. It was at my door in 2 days. The motor is more bulky and heavy but the design looks much more robust. Installation was easy. I can't get over how much quieter this perpendicular actuator is over the inline motor style. If noise is a factor in your project I highly recommend recommend this actuator. If it's not a factor I still recommend this. I use these to open and close chicken coop doors.

Mom's new mastiff puppy chewed all wiring for both motors on sofa. Was concerned it would be a tough repair. But these were easy to shop for/find, arrived quickly, came with all hardware to completely rewire both ends of sofa, and took less than 30 minutes to complete entire installation of BOTH motors.

I built a shelf that raises/lowers from my workbench. It helps me keep the clutter away. I can quickly move the tools off the bench and into the shelf and lower that so the top of the bench is clear and flush.
