It's missing three pieces drill chuck, 3/4 Weldon adapter, and chuck key. I have to pay $50. For the parts tomorrow. Can you please give me a discount for my next magnetic drill press. I'm going to have to drill the small holes.

Drilled 32 1.1/16" through 5/8" think on its side . Used dark threading oil with TCT bit . Magnetic held way better than my old black&decker . Would recommend but this particular one is heavy but the variable speed is nice this one is the 1680w o-300 rpm will not drill as slow as was hoping but still did good have some 1.11/16" holes to drill will check back in

I drilled around 80 5/8 holes with an annular bit, into 5\" steel i beams (10lb/ft). The water-cooling system worked really well. It took very little pressure to drill each hole. It was fast and made a job that seemed daunting very easy! The electric magnet worked really well too; it supported the drill sideways. Only issue is once you put the chuck and a full size bit into the drill, it hangs low. So you have to rig a setup where the drill is on the edge of something and the thing you are drilling is lower.

I recently purchased the MD50 mag drill for a project that was going to require a great number of 5/8" holes and larger that was giving me spasms just thinking of doing it with a hand drill, let alone maintaining any precision. This machine is fantastic! It doesn't have all the fancy electronics, just the power and required switches to energize the mag and get the job done. Thanks Vevor.

so with oiler head in place by time i add bit not enought room took apart flipped back plate and tracks now can use reguler drill bits and metal hole saw do fell magnetic was stronger beats hearting arm drilling chain pots in steel plate

I have been wanting a mag drill for years but i just couldn't make myself spend $800 to $1000 dollars for something i wouldn't be using all the time so for about the last 20 years i have just kind of blocked it out of my mind and then i seen these mag drills on Vevor'S website when i was buying a tig walding water cooler for around #200 dollars and i said yep one of those is going to be mine soon. so after ii did a little research i decided on this one the 1550W and this mag drill is a Beast it will drill through anything as long as you go nice and slow and use lots of cutting oil. When you flip the mag switch it grabs like right now. The only thing I don't like is there is no kind of stop to keep the head from coming down other then just holding the handle or putting the srrap on it that comes with it there needs to be some kind of pin that locks it from coming down but overall i'm really happy with it and would recommend this mag drill you won't be sorry there made well and should last a very long time.

I love this annular cutter! I’m a newbie to these but the results are fantastic and I can’t believe it costs this little. Great product Vevor. And the delivery was next day!! I wish you guys sold even more products than you do so I could buy from you more often.

I was initially hesitant in my decision to purchase this mag base drill due to the notoriety of cheap imports, but after viewing a lengthy Youtube review of this drill (including showing some hard use) I went ahead and bought it. Just recently I had the opportunity to use it with both 22mm and 25mm Vevor annular cutters in the course of a tandem trailer rebuild, where over-boring mild steel spring rocker arms was necessary for re-sleeving. I was extremely impressed with the performance of the drill. There is no spindle runout, the annular cutters run true, the variable speed motor is responsive to load and easy to set up, the rack and pinion slide mechanism is tight and the electromagnetic base clamps down hard. I will mention though, that I was using a piece of 16mm mild steel plate as a base for the drill, which I clamped down to my work bench. The manual does specify a minimum plate thickness of 15mm for proper magnetic hold, although I'm quite sure it would have sufficient hold on slightly thinner material. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and certainly would recommend this product. My big old drill press has now become practically redundant!

Loving this tool! Never considered buying a magnetic drill, thinking they were over my budget, until I came across the Vevor. Great for my needs, mainly drilling SHS using the annular cutters. Intuitive to use and very solid. Recommend ed.
