I used it one time and washed the steel beads, drained them, but not completely dried them. The next day when I went to use again they had corroded and I had to wash them before I used them again. Inconvenient, I had never had this happened before. The beads are not stainless steel? Not looking forward to drying them every time I use the tumbler.

Used to clean pistol brass which it does extremely effectively. Importantly it cleans both the outside and inside of the case - something the tumbler cleaners don't do. Capacity is about 400 x 9mm cases which I used with 600grms of pins and 10-15grms of burnishing powder. I'll alter the ratio of brass and pins for the next clean - less brass and more pins - to see it that improves the cleaning process. Cleaning time 20minutes at No.2 speed setting. Negatives: Only one - the lid leaks but as suggested by another user, put a 1-2mm small piece of cardboard under contact point and the leak stops. Overall - 5 Stars - For my purpose, this works perfectly - see photos for how much dirt was cleaned of the brass - and that means I am no longer dealing with chemical residue and dust. A big win in all around!

I use this to take the edges off stained glass shards I use in mosaic work. Works great and less DNA being spilled. I don't use the pellets that came with it, just water. I only use the timer for 20 minutes which suits my needs but if I was trying to make sea glass, it might be a pest to keep putting the timer on over and over.

the little tumbler was quiet to run and cleaned the shell casings perfectly.

I used one of these for about 12 years and when it came time for another one I ordered one just like it. I use the new one the most bur still break out the old one when I have a need to run two(2) at a time. good product!

It came not working, but after some help from support I was able to reinstall a part and get it working. More work than I would’ve liked, but it’s functioning fine now.

Hello, I received the tumbler, and I really like it. Multiple speeds, and the timer are new features from my prior tumbler. But, The steel shot provided rusted immediately. This would not be an issue, but, I added my Stainless shot to this, and now I am with out any usable shot. I now have to order more. I do not suggest using the shot provided with this tumbler.
