This is fantastic because it dehydrates at a low temp (90°F) and has lots of shelves to get a lit dried at once. The only complaint that I have is that you have to screw the handle on the door and the screws are short and drop into the inside lip of the door, which is open and has a VERY SHARP metal edge. The instructions are also very lacking. I had to email the mfg to find out what some parts are for, and even then, not sure I got the right answer. It also took several days to get a response.

Great for beef jerky and apple rings. Might try some other stuff like shoe leather and whatnot. Good buy

The unit arrived and it was all bent to hell, inside, I took off the back panel with million screws straiten out the back cage the fan was also not spinning because it was bent, after I straiten everhrhing out and out it back together works great. Didn't want to have to send it back and loose more time not being able to make beef jerky, so I fixed it and it's working great, made salmon jerky.

This dehydrator was a excellent investment. I dehydrator any fruit that doesn't get eaten. Homemade fruit leathers and meat jelly's are healthy and delicious snacks. Not too mention the money saved in making them.

This is perfect. I use it for a my fruits, veggies and even garden needs. Great product.

We used our daughters dehydrator as a trial. It was a cheaper one with plastic trays. The trays disintegrated after using twice :( So we went online and found this one from Vevor. It is sensational. Very quiet operation. Stainless steel trays comes with instructions and a cookbook and works perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending this unit if you want to dehydrate food regularly.

Only used it so far to make beef jerky. Turned out perfect very happy with the results. One thing to note is the temp cycle range drops at least 8 degrees or lower before it heats up again. Big fluctuation difference

This is a good and quiet dehydrator in an affordable price range. It is easy to use and comes with lots of accessories. Temperature and time are easily adjustable.
