Good quality except the nuts and bolts go rusty, will probably need cleaning up and painting again.

Very good product for my application. Good price and delivery was very quick. VERY disappointed in literature, dimensions and technical support. Dimensions don't add up, two views of same component and two different dimensions. Chat and technical help was clueless-never did provide the right information and when delivered the product was different than shown. This caused me to modify some of the posts. Fortunately I have tools and knowledge, but it still a pain. Packaging was excellent with bands, Styrofoam and the correct number of parts, screws and wrenches.

With "old age" creaping upon us all, I installed a new front porch tearing out the concrete block and poured top stoop (6'x10')for large decorative outside blocks and smaller inside squares and 3 steps from the ground.I noticed as friends were exiting the house, some would turn slightly sideways and step down one step at a time so adding this railing created safety from accidental mishaps. The most difficult part of the install was drilling the holes for the support plates. I found (because of the aggregate in the solid blocks) that drilling a small hole first with a spade shaped bit, then finishing with the included concrete bit , helped. The anchors in the kit held very well and most of the rail kit is metal. My only complaint was the surface coating on one part had a spotty paint coating and was shorted one nut/bolt combo which I got from a local big box store. Otherwise the installation was very adjustable to adapt to my porch design and I'm happy with the looks

vendor provided almost everything for the installI only needed my hammer drill ,1 aĺlen wrench everything else provided. thought it was going to be flimsey, but to my surprise tightened up solid. happy customer, happier wife.
