I bought these for my home gym. They are very nice and a good addition for any kind of training. It did come missing one of the rings that attach the chains together. These are not one piece chains. I thought they were when I bought them. But each side is a two piece chain with a ring to attach the two if u want to use both chains. Over all I am happy with the purchase.

Great addition to gym

The entire contents of the 44lb chain set was 40lbs and a few ounces. This leads to an over 10% deduction of advertised weight, which is pretty dishonest of the company. I can understand a lb or two but 4 almost 5 lbs is unacceptable. The chains alone weigh roughly 18lbs each so if you’re expecting 22lbs a set you’re gonna be a little disappointed.

Love these especially on bench press and lunge walks with barbell.

Great quality and durability. Other chains are insanely expensive, for no reason. These are reasonably priced, and perfect for any workout. I have tried these on multiple bars and no issues at all. Flawless design. Highly recommend
