The sliding block shares the same plane with the side of the body. It keeps stable when lying on its side and to co-work efficiently in harmony when holding certain material.

The sliding block is designed with cross V-grooves on a side, allowing for endocentric force against the material. Also, workpieces won't move after being fixed between the block and the body.
