How to adjust angle of bend?

Experience. It beds to about 90°. Any less angle and you just have to stop the action with the trigger to "halt" the bend. I just made one sample jig with the correct angle I wanted, and used it as a guide. Simple.

Does this machine cut rebar? how many pieces of rebar can this machine bend at the simultaneously

This machine do not cut rebar,it's only for rebar bending. it's mainly depend on the diameter of rebar .(unit :mm) Ø22- Ø25 1 pcs Ø16- Ø20 1-2 pcs Ø10- Ø13 4-5 pcs Ø6- Ø13 3-6 pcs

Are you able to bend rebar in place? We have some #4 bar extending vertically from a previous concrete pour and need to field bend them to 90 degrees.

Yes; I bend #5. it will go over 90 by a little. just be aware that it bends opposite of what you think it will; till you get use to it.

Will this machine spiral #4 rebar at a 3", 6", and 12" pitch?

12 inch pitch is OK ,and maybe 3 or 6 inch is hard .
